Might as you know we’ll introduce the next revision of iDeal CRM on 1st of July. We’ll call it as “iDeal CRM 2011″. Here are the list of the new functions and the enhancements:
• Email import button on the “Outgoing email” layout
• 2 new languages: Dutch and Spanish
• revised German language
• Language chooser on the first setup screen
• Address format editor for the envelopes and labels
• Paper size chooser at the user setup (different paper size for every users)
• New calendar functions: now you can view the completed tasks and the history records among the active tasks in the calendar
• New task function: now you can automatically generate History records from completed tasks
• Enhanced cost history registration: now you can record the purchaser company on the form
• Enhanced “Mass changes” function: now you can delete large found sets
• Enhanced attachment display: now you can see the file name below its icon
• New dedicated Tax number field on the company/individual layout
• Enhanced History record display on the project and individual datasheet layouts
• Enhanced Message display on the Main pane
• Enhanced “Required data” setting: new settings for cost history records
• Enhanced “Datasheets” list: now it display the cell phone number for the individuals as well
• Enhanced project invoicing function: now you can choose customer from the attached clients
• Enhanced “Print labels” function on the “Campaigns” pane
• Enhanced support for Outlook for Mac: now you can use the import email and its attachments directly from Outlook

• “Proforma” invoice function (it’s a very popular function in Europe, I don’t know if it is in use in the US)
• New function: 1-click invoice creation from proforma

Thanks to Marco, we got the Dutch translation in January. It will be included in the 6.1 version (we will call it as “iDeal CRM 2011″).
